Combining over 20 years of firearms knowledge and experience with over 10 years as a licensed CPL holder. In addition, having worked for almost 15 years in residential and commercial security, we bring real-world expertise to each and every session.

Courses Currently Offered
Our Basic Handgun Training course is designed for new and developing shooters who want to build a strong foundation in handgun safety, handling, and marksmanship.
Training includes classroom instruction and live-fire range exercises covering:
Firearm safety and range procedures
Handgun components, operation, and basic maintenance
Proper grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control
Loading, unloading and magazine changes
Basic accuracy and shooting fundamentals
Sight/optic fundamentals and zeroing
Malfunction recognition and basic clearing techniques
Positional shooting and practical shooting drills
Safe firearm handling and responsible ownership
Required Equipment: A reliable handgun, magazines, ammunition, appropriate eye and ear protection, and a suitable method for carrying spare magazines. Specific equipment and ammunition requirements will be provided during registration. (**Various Handgun types available for rental upon request for extra fee**)
Recommended for: New and developing handgun owners looking to build confidence, improve fundamental shooting skills and develop safe, responsible firearm-handling habits.
Our beginner-to-intermediate Rifle & Carbine Training course focuses on safe firearm handling, proper equipment setup, and developing confident, practical shooting skills.
Training includes classroom instruction and live-fire range exercises covering:
Firearm safety and range procedures
Rifle/carbine operation and equipment fundamentals
Proper stance, grip, sight alignment, and trigger control
Zeroing and basic sight/optic fundamentals
Loading, unloading, and magazine changes
Malfunction recognition and clearing
Positional shooting and multiple-target drills
Basic movement and shooting techniques
Required Equipment: A reliable rifle or carbine, magazines, ammunition, two-point sling, and appropriate eye and ear protection. Specific equipment and ammunition requirements will be provided during registration.
Recommended for: Beginner to intermediate shooters looking to build a solid foundation in rifle/carbine safety, handling, and marksmanship.
Michigan requires CPL applicants to complete an appropriate pistol safety training course, and the state’s CPL training framework covers safe handling/storage, ammunition and shooting fundamentals, shooting positions, firearms law and civil liability, avoiding criminal attacks/controlling violent confrontations, and Michigan concealed-carry laws. The established course standard is at least 8 hours, including 3 hours of range firing time. We offer the USCCA designed course of Concealed Carry Essentials and Home Defense Fundamentals. This topic can be presented in a personalized one on one at-home setting or in a small groups of up to 4 students.
